Startup Lloydminster is the contract holder for the East Central Alberta Regional Innovation Network (ECARIN). A program of Alberta Innovates, the Regional Innovation Networks (RINs) are comprised of eight (8) collaborative networks across Alberta. The goal of a RIN is to create a community-based network of programs and services to accelerate the growth of technology and knowledge-based businesses.
The East Central Alberta Regional Innovation Network (ECARIN) envisions an innovative and diverse business environment that creates jobs, increases revenues, and grows opportunities for local business. ECARIN can connect you with the right people, mentors and capital to take your business to the next level.

Our Board
The Lloydminster and Region Business Incubator Board (LRBIB), operating as Startup Lloydminster, is a non-profit organization committed to growing businesses and supporting creative thinkers in the Lloydminster region. The LRBIB is a volunteer-based governance board who determines the long-term direction of the organization. Our current board members are:

Society Membership
The Lloydminster and Region Business Incubator Board (LRBIB), operating as Startup Lloydminster, is a non-profit Society comprised of various members. With your annual membership, you will be eligible to vote on Annual General Meeting agenda items (including electing the board of directors to govern the affairs of the society), stay up to date on current initiatives of Startup Lloydminster, and assist us in enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in our region. Membership in the Society shall be available to persons and associations, whether incorporated or unincorporated, interested in furthering the objectives of the Society and whose application for admission as a member has received the approval of the Board. There are no fees associated with becoming a member of LRBIB.
